Sign documents with BankID
Upload PDF, Word or images, or create your own document with help from AI. Enter the email address or mobile number of those who should sign, and send. Everyone signs with BankID. SEK 49 per document, and the first one is free.
How it works
- Upload the document: PDF, Word or images. Several files become one document, in the order you choose.
- Enter the email address or mobile number of those who should sign.
- Log in with BankID and send. The first time, your account is created right away.
- They get a personal link, read the document and sign with BankID.
- When everyone has signed, everyone gets the sealed file.
The signature and the file
- BankID
- The sender always logs in with BankID before the document is sent. Those who sign do so with BankID, and their name and personal identity number come from there.
- No account
- Those who sign need no account. The link arrives by email or text message, with Encyon Sign as the sender.
- Sealed file
- The original pages plus a page showing who signed and when. The original is attached, so anyone can verify its SHA-256.
- Create documents
- You can also create your own documents in Encyon Sign, with help from AI.
- Your documents
- Collected in folders at dokument.encyon.com.
What it costs
SEK 49 per document, however many sign. The first document is free, and you pay by card or Klarna. No subscription is required.
If you send a lot, there is Pro: 100 sent documents a month for SEK 499 excluding VAT, with no lock-in. Need more?Contact us about Enterprise.

SEK 49 excludes VAT; it is SEK 61.25 including VAT.
